I lived at Coquina Bay for 3 straight years up until last month. I never had a problem with management or with maintenance. They do change the personnel in the office more than I would like but like I said, I have never had a problem. Maintenance has been responsive and that's good enough for me. It is an older complex and the apartments are not new but at the price for a one bedroom rental, in a great location, very close to the beach, is pretty good in my opinion. If you want to live in some upscale complex, you're going to have to pay for it, as you would in any city. It isn't the greatest place in the world but for the money, I was pleased. I give it a 3.75 out of 5.
