THis apartment complex was very nice to live in the first year. The management was courteous and respected the tenants. THe second year of my lease was not as easy. The management truned into an overbearing parent. Our apartment was accused of parties and setting off fireworks when we did not. This should have been a simple problem to clear up..instead, both mysle fand roomates were accused of being liars; by the management, this seems a little disrespectful and immature. Eventually the problems were cleared up and we were just waiting for our lease to be up. Upon moving out we hired a professional cleaning service ($75) and professional carpet cleaners ($85) and yet we still had to pay $803 when we left..for what' I'm not so sure.
