We lived in these apartments for two years and were dying to move out almost the entire last year. Eventually, we ended up breaking our lease and having to pay an extra $800 for breaking our lease one month early. We just could not stand to stay any longer. Once apon a time, there were actually families that respected each other. Now, there are nothing but college students who basically took over the entire complex. We had neighbors on all sides of us who continuously kept us up (even during the week) until 3 or 4 am, sometimes later. I notified management several times and they had nothing more to say than "just call the cops next time". We did. SEVERAL times. Still, nothing was done. We were the ones who ended up having to move out and pay extra fees just because the management would not take control over the unruly tenants. I have NEVER in my life had so many problems with neighbors as I did when we lived there. We heard beer bottles breaking outside all night, people riding by the front of our apt and lighting off fire crackers, people sitting out on the porch drinking and SHOUTING and blasting music until all hours of the morning. Horrible- absolutely horrible. The apts were nice on the inside, carpet was brand new, the appearance on the outside was great, but we will NEVER consider living there again.
