Country Club lakes is not what it seems, its loud, maintenence is always coming into your apartment uninvited to check stupid things such as,to see if your windows are clean, and the management is horrible. Last month the apartment management was replaced, the month I moved out, which I thought would be wonderful for the residents but now I am having problems even talking to anyone about geting my deposits back, they have no idea what their doing and their excuse because they are new. Even though it was their new maintenece team that checked over my apartment, and promised to call me with news but it has been weeks. I visited them and they are just as clueless in person as they are over the phone. Besides the management whilst i was living there, there was always moving trucks in the drive areas and blocking the gates. Oh and a gated community my ass, the gate worked for two days the whole year I lived there, which was good for me because they gave me a gate key and I lost it, when I asked for the code to the gate they gave me blank stares. Oh and parking dont get me started, if you come home anytime after ten you had to park 3 buildings away from your apartment and walk. I would get lost half the time trying to find my way in the dark. Lastly I had horribly loud neighboors, on which I complained several times and nothing was done. I finally had to talk to them my self and they apologized and said that nothing was ever said to them by the management about it.
