THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO IDEA OF WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I TRIED TO CANCEL MY NOTICE TO VACATE AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO MOVE OUT. THEY WERE ALSO VERY RUDE. THIS IS NOT MY IDEA OF GOOD BUSINESS OR GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEM TELLING THAT A CURRENT GOOD CUSTOMER TO MOVE AS OPPOSED TO FINDING ANOTHER APT. FOR THE PROPECTIVE TENANT WHO HAS NO HISTORY EVEN ESTABLISHED, BUT THEN AGAIN, THIS IS AN EQUITY COMPANY:( ---- SHIT AND MORE ---- !!!!! THIS IS A PRIME EXAMPLE OF WHY EQUITY HAS HAD A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, AND IT TAKES 4EVER TO GET ANY REFUNDS OR SECURITY DEPOSITS REFUNDED.
