well i guess they need to get everyone fired or else I don't know what their problem is. i can never get anything in the house repaired. the kitchen got flooded 3 times by a bad washer. i called the emergency number but noone came. 2 days later they showed up after having to call them another 2 times. the same thing happened another 2 times. then they agreed to replace the washer. the whole ordeal took about 4 months. then the kitchen drawer fell apart. after calling a few times, some maintanence guy came to pick up the drawer to fix it. 3 weeks later i still have no drawer. i called the front office to complain and 1 week later i am still being ignored. then 2 days ago i get a letter at my door saying i never paid my pet fee''' i have been living here 10 months now...the office stuff are just a bunch of morons. DO NOT LIVE HERE! it is horrible and overpriced and god forbid if something in the house needs to get fixed. also when i moved here, the house was still dirty, fingerprints everywhere and the bathroom was nasty. i had to call them to get someone to clean again. i should have known then..worst experiece ever. makes me wonder where the manageent is''
