I've lived here for about 6 months. I needed a place to live ASAP. With location and price I thought this was the best spot for my family. The day I moved in I noticed we had a SPIDER and MOLD PROBLEM. It appeared as if the apt. was never cleaned. With SPIDER WEBS along every crease of the wall where the wall meets the ceiling, each and every corner & along the base boards. When we first moved in I was hoping that the spider webs were just painted over, but now it turns out that the webs were full of eggs. The mold problem is pretty bad especially if you have a new born. Mold was by almost every vent in the ceiling and all the windows. They thought they fixed it around the windows, a few months later its back. Why was there mold' B/C poor craftsmanship causes leaks around the window. What does that mean'' That s right Termites!!! I'm not talking about one or two my wife called me a work crying b/c of a dark cloud in the corner of our apt. (I have pics if interested.)They have been nesting all winter in our walls just waiting to come visit us when it got warm outside for a few days in a row. Ants have made a hole in the stucco on our porch. So that is another problem. Roaches!! Well they are expected so I'm not going to complain about all those found in the bathroom and under the sinks (bathrooms and kitchens). How I rated my survey was like this. Parking is a hit or miss either you get home early and get a spot or you double park in the street by your other car or you park in the grass. Noise... It's an apt. you want quiet buy a house. Grounds clean, but the lake can be dirty. If the trash compactor catches fire the lake will be nasty nasty for several days. It seams safe to me there are lots of lights and the sidewalks are clear. As for the construction well the master bathtub isn't plumb so it leaks every day. The cabinets in the kitchen were falling off the walls and did I mention the TERMITE and window seal problem''' Maintenance is great they fixed our cabinets. The bathtub isn't their fault. Hopefully they will fix our windows soon. Office could care less about our SPIDERS. We've been complaining about them for 6 months. But they'll tell someone to fix it when they get around to it.
