They ae only interested in you until you sign the lease. They are inefficent in dealing with maintanace issues. The apartments constantly flood. Beware if you have a noisy neighbor because you'll hear everything that goes on in their unit. The office staff is HORRIBLE! I've never dealt with so many twits before in my life. They are rude unless it is a concern of you giving THEM money. If your apartment floods and things get ruined, too bad. They'll take their time to address the issue after it occurs. The mold is everywhere, even before we moved in during July. They have a terrible rating for a reason. Save your money and find some place else. The "ammenities" that you pay for are constantly closed anyway.
