I lived at CC Lakes from August 2008-August 2009. I had some trouble with the AC, but i called in the work order on my way home from work one day and the maintenance staff was already working on it when I got to my apartment. when my security deposit was returned, there was a mistake on it, only giving me half of the original amount, but I called and got it taken care of immediately without any trouble. i had the rest of the security deposit check in my hands by the end of the week. Maybe I got lucky because i was in building 2, which is right up front, but I never had any problems with noise, drug deals, or anything of the sort. i would have renewed my lease if i hadn't moved out of town.

Ha! You tracked the milage, think not. Nice try apartment staff!!! Country Club Lakes is a terrible place to live and I am thankful of everyday that I no longer live there.

Woow! You really sound like the apartment staff... Why don't you stop wasting time writing fake reviews and just do your job??? That way the "REAL" tenants will write the good reviews for you!!
