Courtney Manor Apartments

agreed the worst From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/21/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I have lived in several apartment complexes and i do believe this one was the worst. The inside of the apartments are very nice if your lucky to get a nice one. I unfortunately had to live in the back (the ghetto) part. I have never had to go between grown folks fighting just to get to my car. I had to walk to my car with my 2 sons thru a group of grown women fighting. It was brought up to the management of the complex but of course like everyone else has said maam we are doing are best to take care of it. Police stay out there all the time now. Its ridiculous now these days u cannot raise your children in a good decent neighborhood anymore. Especially in Courtney Manor! My kids never went out to the playground because there is so many hoodrats claimin they are running the complex. And yes they do walk out in front of your car and act like they dont see you. If i would have known that it was all Hud chics and welfare projects I would have never signed a lease there. It upsets me that Im out there making a true living while all these youngins feeding off the state getting easy money not doing nothing but sitting on some stairs getting paid..And yes I do not live there anymore I done my time in that place for ONE YEAR. And when it was time for the walk thru just like the other comment. THIS AND THIS AND THIS we need to charge you for this. Knowing well that they have garbage 99.9% of the time to clean up when these people move out. But best believe that full deposit better be on the check in the mail when i get it!! Point of advise to those who are reading these ratings. Please Please dont only go there during the day make sure u make it out there on a Friday or Saturday night. Best believe u wont wanna move in.. Free rent aint worth it.All them signs Free rent this month!! Whatever....
