The apartment has a very nice setting, huge gardens tubs the problem is that it is surrouned by ghetto people and schools. The new more updated apartments worse, the has big gawky mirrors in the dining areas (you have no choice but too leave it there), the apartment decor is cheesy, from the cabinets to the tile on the kitchen floor. The apartment staff is horrible, they change staff like you change your underwear. The maintenance staff is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!! I would not recommend these apartments. I have lived here for two years and the best way to decribe it is GHETTO FABULOUS!!

I agree about the staff. However, the rental tenants are of mix income, ethics, culture, etc. I do not considered the entire area ghetto when there are single homes less than .0001 miles starting at $195K. Now tell me where would you find homes in the ghetto
s at that price... Be for real. And aviously, you lived there for 2 years, because that's what you can afford..

Yeah. Well, you obviously haven't tried to take your child to their playground. I took my son to the playground in that housing development and the gate was torn off and "west coast crip killas" was spray painted all down the slide and all over the ret of the playground equipment!

these apartments are not ghetto. i have lived here for two years and i am so glad that i chose to live here instead of anywhere else. when i first got here, they were a bit pricey, but when i seen the murders on tv at other apartments. not so far from here, i knew the move was a blessing. yes, a very nice mix of cultures. besides anything cheaper was the ghetto. close enough to base, but not too close that they have become rundown now. very modern. moderate housing community next door. houses do start out at 195.
