WARNING: DO NOT MOVE HERE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/8/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX HAS GONE FROM SUGAR TO ---- LITERALLY...I'M JUST WAITING ON MY LEASE TO BE UP SOON AND ME AND MY FAMILY GETTING THE HELL OUT OF HERE. BAD TENANTS HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT = DIASTER THE COMPLEX IS FILTHY. THE MAINTENANCE PEOPLE DO A HORRIBLE JOB AT CLEANING. NO PARKING SPACES ON THE WEEKEND PERIOD AND WEEKDAYS AFTER 6PM. THE GATE DOESN'T SERVE IT'S PORPOSE...CARS TRAIL EACH OTHER IN. 5 OUT OF 10 RESIDENTS HAVE HAD THEIR CAR BROKEN INTO IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS. AND TONI DOESN'T EVEN SEEM TO BE TRYING TO HELP AVOID THIS MATTER. HER SUGGESTION WOULD BE TO RENT A GARAGE AT AN EXTRA 75.00/MONTH ON TOP OF THIS OVER PRICED RENT. DON'T CALL THE OFFICE ABOUT SOMETHING NEEDING FIXING IN YOUR APARTMENT..THAT'S A WASTE OF YOUR TIME CALLING AND THEIRS TO EVEN WRITE IT DOWN. NOTHING EVER GETS FIXED. DOG ---- EVERYWHERE DESPITE THE NUMEROUS DOG AREA CLEAN UPS POSTED. THIN WALLS...I COULD GO ON AND ON...NEED I SAY MORE
