First the positives - Maintenance is always great to us...But we took the time to speak to them and get to know them so we would get help when we needed it. Also, the grounds look very pretty, big garden tubs in bathrooms, pool is decent, big walk-in closets and huge balcony/patios.
Now the bad:
Staff turnover is CONSTANT, loud music and screeching tires all the time even at 3am on a Wed. night! Also, BUGS and NOOOOOO parking! I have lived in 2 other apatment complexes in Ohio and never had a problem with either!!! Try walking carrying a baby and groceries way across the parking lot in the rain. IT SUCKS! The walls are very thin (major problems with people below us for months fighing and cops being called before they were FINALLY kicked out), mailboxes were broken into and stolen from and it took over a month to get them repaired and having to pick up mail from post office. Dog poo everywhere, carpet is horrible, not just dirty but ripped up along the edges. The gate NEVER works for more than a couple days at a time and in this area we really need it! Also, the area is getting very ghetto. Didn't know the area when we moved in, but had no choice but to find something ASAP. We're moving now, and Thank GOD!
