We all know its you saying yes. Anyone who has lived there i hope would never refer anyone to these apts. Instead of making stuff up and straight lieing look at all the complaints and make improvements:) No one likes living there we do because it was affordable. And u have people stuck in a lease agreement. I mean come on i know the owners are new but the lease is rediculas. I personally will be taking copies to a lawyer and having them look it over. Its just crazy guys:)

I agree. No one has really rated yes. new lease is a little tight. The residents are the ones paying for the improvements. dont we have a choice?
