I have lived in Creekwood for 8 months. I haven't had any roach problems but my heat just went. I called it in a week and a half ago along with my non working garbage disposal... they fixed the garbage disposal but have they fixed the heat! NO! Its freezing... The community is nice. My neighbors are also nice, but maitenance is a lil slow. They also called themselves doing electric work* and in the end... I can't turn on my dining room light without having on the kitchen light. Weird! And be aware... when u move in you are getting a deal... but next lease signing my lease will go up to 610.00. I moved in because it was reasonable... but my apartment is too little to pay what i pay now let alone moving it up to 610. I would recommend it to someone who works in the Southpoint area because its only 5 minutes away... other than that... if u are just looking for a one bedroom and distance isnt of the essence... find someplace you really love... and want to pay for.

Your heats not fixed because the good maintenance man quit because the new manager cant get her ---- together. Owners need to rethink their offc staff. One dont know much and cant seem to accomplish anything and the other cant handle the pressure and has a breakdown atleast every other week.
