I hate living there thank god I'm done there! It takes fooooorever to get maintenance to fix stuff. Maintenance is not professional!!! There is a lot of drunkers & druggs on the property!! Bugs everywhere. People being held a gun in front of their apartments. Cops are always there! A lot of people moved out of creekwood. DONT move there!!

I agree!! There is a lot of nice apts with a good price. Creekwood apts is a nightmare!! I lived there for a short period but now I have a better place with a gym and close to every where. I would not recommend nobody to live there.

Well, the cops are there usually cause the K9 guys do training with their dogs (notice they're usually in & near empty apartments), and the office actually wants residents to report bad stuff, so DUH why wouldn't you want the cops there to protect. Yea some stuff went down recently, but those were people who needed to be kicked out anyways - I hope the management is doing that. And bugs - well if you ask them to have pest control come to your apartment like once a month and you keep a clean, trash free house - you won't have too many problems - most people who have bugs are the reason - unless you have a dirty neighbor, then you still need to report it or how can they fix it. And pest control is free cause it's in your lease - can't you read? Oh and back to the crime thing - it happens everywhere, if you find a totally crime free place let me know cause it don't exist! Not even out in the country anymore! So sad that you have to blame the management for your short comings!
