I LIVED AT CROSS CREEK APTS FOR 3 YEARS. IN THIS TIME MY MAINTENANCE ISSUES WERE ALWAYS TAKEN CARE OF IMMEDIATELY. THEY CONTINUALLY UPDATE THE PROPERTY AND KEEP THE LANDSCAPE VERY NICE. THE OFFICE AND MAINTENANCE STAFF ARE EXCEPTIONAL AND ARE ALWAYS HELPFUL AND CHEERFUL.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO SINGLES AND FAMILYS.

I have lived here several months.The management is phoney and i believe they are prejudice.Most of the people that rent there is ------- american but you'll be lucky if you see one black person in the office.The apartments are poorly constucted and have many hidden faults.Mildew,water damage,rodents. The management will promise you the world but deliver nothing.They are just not good people period. They don't care about others.If they did they would be more responsive to there tenants.The stairs to the second floor are rooting and it's just a matter of time before a lawsuit comes there way from someone falling through the steps.I can't understand how someone can take you money and don't deliver service. One thing is for sure. What goes around comes around and one day the Karma they created will come back to haunt them.
