They take your rent every month but they are very unresponsive to maintenance request. The apartments are poorely constructed and damadged from water,rodents and just poor up keep. This place is a sewer. Trust me.The management is phoney and unconcern with tenants.What goes around comes around. I let them think they're getting away with something.Karma is real my friend.

Attitudes like this are the reason the entire staff quit. Keep it up, and Cross Creek will only get better. That was sarcasm.

yeah i agree they want that money but they don't give a care about what goes on after they leave that office, they are so so so fake! they need to learn the meaning of being real!
