I LIVED IN THIS PLACE FOR TWO WEEKS AND IMMEDIATELY GOT OUT OF MY LEASE. THE APARTMENT APPEARED TO LOOK NICE BUT ONCE I MOVED MY THINGS IN IT STARTED FALLING APART. I HAD TO HAVE MAITENANCE COME OUT 6 TIMES IN 4 DAYS TO FIX THINGS AND EACH TIME THE CAME OUT I HAD ANOTHER PROBLEM TO DEAL WITH. SO I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PALCE TO ANYONE, AND IF ANYTHING THEY NEED TO TEAR THESE APARTMENTS DOWN AND BUILD MORE. ITS THE 21SH CENTURY FOR GOODNESS SAKE.

That would be great, that way 292 units of people could be out of a home and when the new ones are put up, 90% of the people who once lived at Cross Creek wouldn't be able to afford it. You get what you pay for. Cross Creek is comparitively cheaper than anywhere else in the area for a reason. If you want something "21sh century for goodness sake," go pay an extra $200-300 a month for a one or two bedroom that's newer, because that's what you're looking at. Funny how that works?

We need to get out of our lease because we don't even feel safe over here especially with all the activities that go on over here! they need to fire the office manager and get somebody who knows what they are doing cause she has no clue!

I used to live there too! About 4 1/2 yrs ago. Nothing has chnaged fromwhat I read. The drug issue is one of the main problems. I loved MY apartment though. I had no real maintnance issues. At the time, the management seemed cool until I had to break my lease bececause I was in an abusive relationship. They went thru the apartment w/out me to do the once over and then sent me a bill for over $800 part of which was for them dying the carpet because it cldnt be cleaned, so they say. I know the carpet wasnt that dirty as I have steam cleaned it myself while living there and who the hell dyes carpet in an apartment complex? Its cheap A** carpet and they always replace it if it gets THAT bad. Give me a freakin break! And I have heard rumors about the neighbors across the way at London Town. They are having some financial issues and cant afford major repairs. They are trying to file bankruptcy. And just so you know, this info came from a CURRENT resident there so it is from the horses mouth!!!!
