WELL ME AND MY GIRLFRIEND HAS STAYED HERE FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS NOW AND WE ARE TRYING TO STAY UNTIL THE LEASE IS UP, BUT I DONT SEE THAT HAPPENING. FIRST OF ALL IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THESE APARTMENTS, FOR YOUR SAKE LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE. WHEN WE FIRST MOVED IN THEY DID NOT HAVE THE APARTMENT READY. MAINTENANCE IS VERY SORRY, YOU HAVE TO BASICALLY HARRASS THEM TO FIX ANYTHING. ALMOST EVERYDAY WE FIND COCKROACHES IN OUR APARTMENT, WHICH IS COMING IN FROM GOD KNOWS WHERE. WEVE TRIED EVERTHING AND THAT STLL WONT HELP THE COCKROACHES, SO IF YOU HAVE LITTLE BABIES THIS WILL NOT BE THE IDEAL PLACE TO MOVED UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR BABY TO BE EATEN UP AND BITTEN UP. THEY HAVE THESE BIG, GIGANTIC ANTS, OWE MY GOD LIZARDS. AND THATS NOT THE HALF OF IT. YOU MAY FIND HOOD RATS STANDING AROUND AND WALKING AROUND ALL TIMES OF NIGHT. AND LETS NOT TALK ABOUT THE GUN SHOTS. ON ONE OCCASION I SEEN GENTLEMAN ACTUALLY GO IN SOMEONE UNLOCKED CAR AND ACTUALLY TAKE THEIR CHANGE OUT OF THERE CAR. THE PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE. THESE APARTMENTS NEEDS TO BE RENOVATED OR TORN DOWN. THERE ARE SO MANY CRACKS AND HOLES IN OUR APARTMENT UNTIL ITS NOT FUNNY IT SCARES ME TO SEE COCKROACHES EVERYDAY IN OUR APARTMENT.THANK GOD WE DONT HAVE ANY BABIES. SO A SMALL LESSON FROM THIS IS TO LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE I PROMISE YOU WITHIN A MONTH YOU WILL BE READY TO MOVE.
ASAP. GO TO LONDON TOWN IF YOU HAVE TO JUST NOT CROSS CREEK.

this is exactly how i feel moved in january ready to go next month it is really sad. and they talk about security they ride thru here once a day. all hanging out and selling drugs take place at night and sometimes in broad daylight, you are right this place needs to be torn down or renovated after they get all the crack heads and crack dealers out of here. it is just TERRIBLE!
