i would not reccomne this place to a crack head.i moved in back in sept and on my second night in these these so called wonderful apts a man waas shot in the back of his head right in front of my bedroom window. (you can't make stuff like this up)the police are always being called out there and half of the time they don't show up and i know this b/c i have been the person to call and recieve no response. its so bad out here that even pizza hut won't deliver.the management is pathetic. i swear that in the 5 months that i've live here they'vebeen through 3 sets of management if the propery owners are differrent now. maintenence is a whole new set of problems,crackheads and theives. it's cool though b/c since they won't break my lease w/out me giving them $1422 i'm out and they won't get jack but my you know what to do you know waht with. hey there are ways around it tak e it from me. but seriously value your life please look elsewhere but if you need a place to run you drug operation...welcome home!!!!

Cross Creek Renter, I totally agree, this is the worse. I have living in Cross Creek since Aug 06 and they have not fixed a thing, I have been waiting for Screens on my windows since then and now it is March 07.. I don't want to break my lease but at this time and point I don't care. My kids safety and well being is far more important then my lease.. I have took many photos last year and turned them into the office and still nothing has been done.
