The complex is a joke management is NEVER available. Maintenance DOES NOT fix anything. How am I supposed to feel safe and secure when you can't even secure your own front office. By the way has been broken into count them not 1, not 2, not 3, not 4, but 5 different times. The complex also is NOT pet friendly if your animal is not a Pitbull. I was told my 15lb mixed breed dog was vicious because he barked at maintenance on the one rare occasion they came to fix something; and was told to get rid of my dog or move immediately. However several tenants including the maintenance personnel(the same maintenance person who called my dog vicious)own Pitbulls.The apartments policy on pets is supposed to be animals 25 lbs or less are allowed(show me a Pitbull under 25 lbs). The lights in the parking lot are very dim or do not work at all. The light fixture in my hallway shorted out it took maintenance not 1, not 2, but 3 months to replace it. The plumbing in my masterbath started to go south causing water to back up into the tub. We were told they would get to it when they had time since we had two baths just use the other one until they could fix it 3 months later. The office staff is very rude, unprofessional, and have poor customer service skills. Also if moving in be prepared to have roomates "ROACHES" living in your apartment rent free because the complex does not spray very well for insects/bugs or any other unwelcomed critters.
