I have lived here for almost a number and I feel the last problem was probably posted by someone in management. Clarification- Sandra is not the manager. She is the assistant Manager. Ron Azar is the manager is the manager but alot of people dont know that because he's never there which is probably why they have so many problems. We receive notices on our door all the time about too many trash bags when we may have 2 that we just set out ther. Management says that Maintenance counted 4 bags. So you mean to tell me maintenance can count trash bags but they cant fix an A.C. for like 2 or 3 months' Hmmmmmm! And there's posted signs that say not to loiter in the parking lot or hallways. However people do it all the time all night and have blasting music. What does management do' Leave notices about trash on people's door and never address the noise issue. So if you have kids or you dont want to have to argue and battle with management almost daily DONT MOVE TO CROSS CREEK. Move to London Towne they have less problems and they are much nicer and not as petty.
