I'm currently looking for an apartment in Jacksonville, which is proving to be quite daunting!

I was out driving down Atlantic and REALLY liked the area, so when I passed by these apartments, I immediately Blackberry'd the info...I called the office just to get some basic info...you know...what normal people do while hunting an apartment. The person that answered, Cynthia, was so unprofessional, I just hung up. Some people just need to stick to "paper or plastic."

Thank goodness for Apartment Ratings! I hope everyone reads these, because it's important to see what's really going on behind some of these great exteriors...it is saving me from leasing at Jacksonville's worst.

Cynthia needs to keep in mind, positive ATTITUDE brings people in...
