Well Unlike the other negative reviews, I have not had any real issues. Walls are then but i guess i have good neighbours. Kids in the hall are alil loud but it passes and its gone. Umm i have 4 kids and I may be one of those parents that dont care about there kids because my kids ride there bikes around aoutside. And the speed limit in here is 5 miles an hour anyway so you should not have any problem obeying the law. So really kids riding around and playing should not be an issue. And the management is ok. I liked it better when i first movfed in but the peole there are ok I guess not to friendly. But it is a good price for a clean house and a decent size. Not good for permanent living but for stress free living for now its great. And Windows being broken every 2 weeks'''''' I have not heard or seen such things happening. There is a designated area for the kids to play football and like anygame sometimes the ball goes places its should not but the kids are all under 13 and little. There is not enough power behind the throw to break wind sheilds...Please...I like it here it has been a blessing to me and my children... The negative writers abviously have NO kids.....

I've been living in Deermeadows for over 2 years and I do have a son. My son rides his bike often and I'm right their with him. Unfortunately, I don't see any parents with their kids. In fact I hardly ever see parents outside with their kids. I've seen kids randomly firing a gun, sitting on people's cars, throwing footballs at 8 O'clock at night in the dark (ain't none of 'em Steve Young or Jerry Rice), sitting in a vehicle playing loud music for four hours straight, throwing/leaving trash all around and walking around in the late hours of the night on a school night. It seems like the complex officials don't care and what's worse is that their parents don't care either. I see these kids everyday and I can't tell you who their parents are. For a person who has lived back here as long as I have, that's sad. If you want to live in an enviornment where kids run everything, they destroy your property at will, there's trash and stray cats all around, parents don't know/care what their kids are doing, and apartment management doesn't regulate the activity, come to Deermeadows. It's the place for you. Consequently, it's not the place for me. When I can, I'm gonna be on the next thing smoking!!!!
