I have lived here since 2006----I am not from Jax but I heard that Baymeadows was a nice area and when I found the apartment size I neede and it was less than $800 I should've known----Management needs to be stricter on "some" of these Section 8 receipients....It is suppose to help people that want to help themselves..not for what these lazy government assisted people are doing----OOOHH these residents complain and whine about not having activites for their children---but last I checked as a mother myself it is my responsibility to make sure that my children have constructive activities--color-read -paint--spend quality time. As a mother the activity for the children shouldnt be---go outside and run around make noise @ 7pm while mommy get busy with another baby daddy---Soo as far management please pull the whip out on the screening process for these Section 8 residents and enforce the garbage bags on the ramp fine instead of sending the letter out about it ---DO IT!! Sad to say they dont understand the value of a $ if so they would treat the property---they would treat their home with more respect....and for those who are wondering I am a hardworking Mon-Sat worker that didn't know that down here when they say income restricted it could be that you can make up to 35,000 or you dont have to make nothing---RESIDENTS...Neighbors ---I hate to call some that Respect where you live and You as Parents need to be responsible for your children
