Every review was written properly and accurately; there are days and nights when there is no problems and you can feel safe to walk around, but there are days when the young adults get together and get loud and cause problems. I had problems with the kids playing football as well, and got to wake the next day with a dent in the side of my $45,000 truck, luckily I got it fixed for free on my own acct and now I drive my beater automobile in when I visit. I don t live there and never would I, but I am in a relationship with someone that does live there. She is scared to complain during such events because she doesn t want to start problems, and won t let me say anything because she doesn't want to start problems and I m not always there to protect her. There are many problems with kids being loud in hall ways and the backs of buildings and when you have a child that is almost impossible to get to sleep then this because even more of a problem; loud music blaring through the walls and ceilings doesn't help either. With all that said the young adults, kids, and parents have always been well mannered when walking pass, and have even helped my girlfriend a couple times when noticing she had allot to carry in or out. There is a simple salutation to all of these problems. IF the young adults want to hang out and be loud, take it to the park, want to play football take it to one of the fields were cars and apartments are not so close. Management should enforce this with a letter to every resident and note that fines will be enforced if needed. No more warning! Most of the people that live in here do not have a lot of money so something as much as a $25 fine would be enough for the parent to make there child understand. (If you get what I mean) There are pizza places that won t even deliver here as there are too many problems. I get to smell the pleasent smell of refer when passing in hall ways at times, which doesn't bother me even as a non-smoker but does bother some I am sure. My g\f's apartment doesn't have many problems, but when there is one it getts fixed in a timely manner. I do notice that managment doesn't seem to care about the other problems I listed above or there wouldn't still be people complaining about the same stuff. So without enforced rules from the office problems will keep coming in. So when all is said and done, it's the people in the office that are messing it up for everyone.

P.S. the problem with the trash bags being stacked 3 feet high and 20 feet down the walk to the trash compactor is one of the most dirties things I ever seen.
