I am a ex resident of Deer Meadow Apartments and I lived there for 5 in a half years and I loved it. The only reason why I moved from Deer Meadow was because I found a house which was more convenient for me since I am disabled. The staff is amazing, they make you feel like you really do matter to them and that your issues are really important to them. Maintenance is really good, any issues that I have had in my apartment they have taken care of them within the same day or within 24 to 48 hours just like it's stated in the lease agreement. They strongly believe in the upkeep of the property and the community. Just take a look at the apartments , they are 9 years old and they look like their only 2 years old. Don't get me wrong Deer Meadow is not perfect but what place is' you do see on rare occassions kids & teenagers hanging out but kids are going to be kids what more can you expect' and if they get out of line and are doing things that they are not suppose to, the staff is right on top of it and it's just not the kids I have seen the adults doing things they should not be doing as well, but once again the office staff is right there to take care of it, but you can't depend on the office to do everything because their not going to see everything someone does, we as resident have to play a part to. Especially if you care about your community and your surrondings. If you see someone doing something wrong, report them to the office and the staff will take care of it, I'm just speaking from experience. In my 5 years of living at Deer Meadow I have NEVER had any issues with anyone or anything. I felt safe and most importantly I was happy to call it HOME! Like I mention before Deer Meadow is not perfect, yes they did have small problems but those problems were always taken care of by the staff and with very little help from the resident. I would recomend Deer Meadow to anyone on any day. If I was to ever need an apartment again Deer Meadow would be my number one choice.
