i have lived here for awhile and since amco sold it to bethany group it has changed 100% they have all new maitenance which get things done quick now the white tech is great he came with the new company the office staff is great now they are fixing uo the property very nicely the gates have been repaired finally sidewalks replaced trees cleared out they have nice apartments for the money you can get somthing cheaper but will be crap if you have a good job the rent is great the have 5 accent colors for your walls over-all i am very happy now with the new company would recomend to any one

THIS IS 2008 AND THE STAFF HAS CHANGED SO MANY TIMES THAT YOU DONT KNOW WHO WORKS THERE WHEN YOU GO IN THE FRONT OFFICE, AND AS FOR THE GATES, THEY HAVE NOT BEEN WORKING FOR THE LAST 4 MONTHS, THE RENT HAS GONE UP AND THE SERVICE LEVEL HAS GONE DOWN, YOU WOULD ALMOST THINK THERE OUT FOR THE MONY AND THATS IT. THE 1 GARBAGE THE HAVE OUT HER IS ALWAYS BROKEN AND TRASH BUILDS UP AROUND THE FRONT AND SMELLS AWFUL,ITS 2008 AND I CAN BET THAT YOU DONT LIVE HERE ANYMORE AND IF YOU DO YOUR IN THE PROCESS OF MOVING OUT!!!
