I Lived at Deerfield for a little over 1 year. I got along with my neighbors and the office staff was so nice always had a good time when I went in. I was always polite and patient with the maintenance so they always wanted to take care of the problem and do it right, I loved it there. But about May they fired the staff, for some stupid reason, if you ask me they ran the property pretty good, then they brought in this ghetto looking women and she had nothing nice to say I didnt even want to go in there to pay rent she was not pleasent, so I just started dropping it of in the drop box. They have some young kid in here now as maintenance that doesnt know anything, they cant possibly think he can take care of us how we should be taken care of. Now the office manager is gone again and the old women is back up there...WHY' She is an old hag that is grouchy and I think she is pregidice to ------ and she cant do two things at once, I was in there and she was freaking out, they need to get a younger person in there that can handle it. As for the apt. I had a nice apt. with minimal wear and tear. I moved out because I didnt feel comfortable anymore there I will miss my neighbors but they are acually going to be moving out anyways as well. So I would have said sure move in its great here about a year ago butI wouldnt recommend it now, there are a lot cheaper places that are just as nice, and have gates, which for some reason they stopped trying to keep that fixed as well. Thanks for your time.
PS - - My Ratings below are how I felt about the place before they fired the great staff they had before. Now, well you dont want me to rate some of those after they left.
