"As a resident of Deerfield Apartments, I pay a monthly fee for routine maintenance, which is included in my rent. Since the end of May 2008, this service has been nothing but a failure. There was a bad storm in May where several LARGE limbs had fallen; they are still in the same spot they fell at, and from the looks of it, nothing is going to be done about it. Let someone who likes to sue come along and trip on one of those branches and then maybe you ll think twice before leaving huge limbs lying around.

Along with the fallen limbs, the landscaping is TERRIBLE. The grass is now knee high and there are weeds everywhere! Let s remember this is part of the monthly maintenance I pay every month. Also included in that fee is a Dumpster Fee. If I m paying for this, why is the trash always piled high and far out into the street'

Speaking of the street, let s touch base on the potholes. There are HUGE potholes, ones that if I hit and something happens to my vehicle, I will take action to make the complex pay for, due to their lack of maintenance!

Moving on to security, that huge retention pond you have, you may want to consider at least putting up a fence around it to keep kids from possibly entering and maybe even drowning. Keeping people out is the key to a safe complex, right' I pay an up front fee for my gate key, you know to open the gate, yeah, the one that doesn t work and hasn t worked since May! That may be the solution to your break in problems! KEEP POTENTIAL BURGLARS and CARJACKERS OUT BY FIXING THE GATE!

In closing, if these issues are not fixed to MY standards within 7 days from your receiving of this letter, I will be leaving the complex with no intention on renewing my lease or fulfilling the remaining amount of my current lease."


The only reason there is ample parking is because everyone is moving out because it's so TERRIBLE!

LOL...this is so great! It's a shame they got rid of all the people that acually cared about the property and got things done. Now it's a total mess there. They dont know they had a good thing with the last staff they got rid of last year.
