WORST APARTMENTS IN JACKSONVILLE BESIDES THE COLUMN (ROYAL COVE)

My mother has been without AC for 2 weeks and she has a medical condition. The Management states it will be another week of 90 degree heat before she can get an AC unit in the apartment. When the Property manager was informed all she said is "the ac is on order". This apartment community is a real live dump in less then 3 months their have been more then 5 people shot or arrested for a violent crime. (WATCH THE CHANNEL 4 NEWS) Dessert Winds Apartments abuses the senior citzens and discriminates against the low income. Look Management you will have to do more then just landscaping. WHAT ABOUT THE CRIME' WHERE ARE YOUR SECURITY PEOPLE'
WHILE THIS COMMUNITY CONTINUE TO PREY ON THE LOW INCOME DISADVANTAGES THEY ARE MAKING MONEY HAND OVER FIST.
LOOKS LIKE THIS MANAGEMENT IS WAITING ON SOMEONE OR SOME RESIDENTS TO GET THE NERVE UP TO SUE!
