not worth the money you save on rent

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
it's cheap, but the walls are paper thin and management takes FOREVER to attend to requests for issues to be fixed in the apartment complex. (Plus, management gives you an attitude when you call them!) This is perfect for you if you love living with ants in your home!
