After reading these comments I do not get it. THis is the most quiet, well kept apartment complex I have lived in. I have been here for 4 yrs and look forward to about 3 more until I can afford a home.

Yes, The Management is firm, but they are fair. We all need a leader with 150 apts with different people in living here. Maintenance has been taken care of for me one day service.

I recommend the dunes, if you do not expect to party and want to call your apartment home.

I bet you JAN (the legendary NASTY manager) wrote all the positive reviews about this place. Cause she sits on her a$$ all day hang out online and make these reviews, so she would look good. Look at the review score it is d as of now. It is just pathetic. That'll show you how one person can hurt a business. She is not ugly from inside, outside as well :( Sorry Jan, this is all I could do for you after treating me like a poop.
