As soon as I read about the complaints and strictly enforced rules, I expected to like it here, and I do. The apts. are old, but well-maintained, and any problems I've had have been handled in a timely manner. I've found the office staff to be very profession-al. They go over the rules when you move in, and those who choose NOT to follow them may be told to leave - sometimes immediately, sometimes at the end of their lease. This may result in hard feelings, but they were told this when they came to live here. Other apartments may have rules they choose not to enforce - if you come here, you'd better believe that The Dunes enforces theirs! And most of the tenants like it that way. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
