After reading these comments, I agree the dunes is so quite, and well taken care of. I have met all my neighbors in my building. The property is well taken care of, and maintenance is done just fine. I have no complaints living here. I like the way management runs this place. We all know when we move here, how its going to be.
Thanks to the Dunes for my apt. Been here since 2004. Not moving anytime soon.
