I moved to the Dunes two years ago. I was in a very pricey apartment before that. I needed to find some where a little more affordable, that when I found the Dunes. I had rode past the complex many times and always thought it was very well kept. I was saving for a house, and need somewhere for me and my children to live in the interm. I must say I was afraid I would end up in some unsafe slum trying to find something cheap. But God watch out for me, and put me in the right place at the right time. I found my stay in the dunes to meet anf exceed my expectations. It was kept exceptional. No trash any where on the grounds, no people hanging out at night,Quiet. What more could a single mom ask for. Ms. Jan the property manger did her job so effiectly. I loved the fact that she screens the applicants with such care. What may seem upsetting for some, was peace of mind for me. I could walk in the early mornings and feel safe. Long story short, I just moved December 1st into my own home. I 'm so thankful to Jan and the Dunes for helping me reach my goal.

Jan wrote this one. It is so obvious that she is commenting about herself. This is a apartmen review, not manager review, however Bad managers make a bad difference, not good ones make positive ones.
