Ok, I read all these comments and made my decision to move here because it was strict. I have to say, this is the best place I have ever lived.. ever. The respect towards each other is like a neighborhood. We watch out for each other. The manager Jan is really the lady who keeps up with this complex rules. The rules are there for a reason. It is quiet, clean, and I feel safe. I called the JSO zone for this area, and the lady at JSO told me, The Dunes was a great place, they have not had any disturbances at that place.
I am so happy here. I am thankful for the comments about here. I read the comments about management and how tough they were. Make no mistake, they are, but we all love it, and she is doing her job. Until I can afford the home I want, this is the place for me and my daughter.
Only negative I can even think of is the playground. It is not fancy, and they do not have washer dryers in the apts. The laundry room is so immaculate, you would not even believe it. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

How long did it take for you to get approved to stay there...I'm moving there in May because me and my hubby are relocating there due to the navy so I need a SAFE place to live and I think its the Dunes

You may want to rethink this. If you read the postings here, especially the positive ones you will notice that they are very similar in structure which is an indicator that they were written by the same individual. ie: Jan the apartment manager!

I bet you JAN wrote all the positive reviews about this place. Cause she sits on her a$$ all day hang out online and make these reviews, so she would look good. She is not ugly from inside, outside aswell :( Sorry Jan, this is all I could do for you after treating me like a poop.

The Dunes is a pretty good place live. Some of the rules are a bit strict I think, however, most of the residents know that before we move in. We all signed a contract which stated the rules. Overall, I enjiyed my stay there the unitas are a bit old and maintance wastes no time getting things repaired.
