For everyone who read my previous review, I'd just like to say that I am sorry for misleading anyone to think badly about The Dunes. As I said before, it seems to be a nice, quiet community and my previous review was based on a misunderstanding that Jan herself worked out with me, she called me the very next day after I posted a review. What impressed me is that she knew who I was when I didn't leave much information. Anyway, I am so excited to be moving here in the next month and I am confident that I will absolutely love it there. Jan is the best mgmt I've come across in all the apartments I've toured in Jacksonville, she really seems to care about us.

Yes, I read your previous blog about The Dunes and was shocked at what you had said. Welcome to the neighborhood. You will love it. Buy a fan if you plan to sleep. You could hear a pin drop here at night. Incredible

Oh by the way, i bet you that is reading this. JAN wrote all the positive reviews about this place. Cause she sits on her a$$ all day hang out online and make these reviews, so she would look good.
