I am a single Mom who has lived at the Dunes for 5 years and it has been a pleasure.
Considering the rent is so affordable, I honestly expected to have to deal with loud neighbors and parties at all hours of the night, but the Dunes is exactly the opposite of that! It is a nice quiet community with very nice respectful neighbors. The grounds are very nicely kept. I've never been embarrassed to have anyone come visit me at my apartment. I'm actually proud to bring people to the Dunes. Most people are like "WOW this place is great" and "you ONLY pay how much'". The management can be strict, but it's only for our benefit. That's how the Dunes stays a nice, clean and quiet place to live. I highly recommend the Dunes to anyone looking for an affordable place to live in a great area of Jacksonville.

I am very quiet and abide by all the rules, but still have constant complaints about me from Jan and the crazy maintenance man!

Jan is sick. She gets free apartment to live there. She is lazy, not happy at all. Oh by the way, i bet you JAN wrote all the positive reviews about this place. Cause she sits on her a$$ all day hang out online and make these reviews, so she would look good.
