I moved into the Dunes in 2001 because it was the most affordable apartment in town, the area was safe, the grounds well kept, and the staff was very nice and professional. I stayed at the Dunes for 7 years because it continued to be a place where the residents look after one another, the staff looks after the residents, the pool, laundry room, and community aread were well kept, and the maintenance staff was always quick to respond and fix any problem. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a HOME, not just an apartment! The only reason we left was because of a move to another city. Otherwise, The Dunes would definitely still be home sweet home. We will miss Jan, the staff, and all of our wonderful neighbors. Trust me...you will WANT to live here!

Oh by the way, i bet you that is reading this. JAN wrote all the positive reviews about this place. Cause she sits on her a$$ all day hang out online and make these reviews, so she would look good.
