This apartment complex is a great place to live it is quiet, affordable and safe! I resided at The Dunes for 2 years and I have never had a problem with management or maintenance. (I only moved to because of family issues which required me to move closer to my family.) It is hard to find a safe, quiet community with affordable prices now days and this is one community that is worth your time and effort in seeing.

The management staff is friendly, yet firm. I appreciate Jan's firmness which eliminates a vast majority of possible crimes and problems other communities have. I am very protective of my children and felt very confident with my children riding their bikes and/or scooters around the complex without my supervision.

Jan not only manages the property but she reside there as well. She is very strict, however, is up front with everyone regarding the company's expectations.

Shame on you Jan for once again presuming that everyone you come into contact with is a stupid moron. As you continue to post these fake reviews you show your own personal ignorance!!!! You are an absolute joke. And I argue one more time, why would anyone who previously lived at the Dunes aka: Dungeon apartments feel the need to post a review of the apartments? I mean seriously Jan give it up! Your desperate!

That review could not be from Jan, because she would definitely be supervising her children if they were riding their bikes or scooters. I do live their and it is a great place to live. I'm not sure what your problem is with Jan, but she has obviously had to use her firm management style on you and you didn't like it. For those of us who appreciate her looking out for us, I think you should just move on. Find another apartment complex where you can do whatever you want and leave our nice quiet community alone. Trust and believe, this is not Jan! There are those who appreciate the Dunes management style, and as a former resident during my search to find a residence I expected the same results as the Dunes previously gave me and my family. If the Dunes lifestyle does not match your needs, go somewhere else that does. No need to degrade this apartment complex. Write your review and move on!

Oh by the way, i bet you that is reading this. JAN wrote all the positive reviews about this place. Cause she sits on her a$$ all day hang out online and make these reviews, so she would look good.
