To cay short: there's virtually no maintainance. If you don't want problems with the maintaining your appartmant in decent and safe condition, avoid this appartment complex if you can.
Extremely dirty outside. Beer bottles, other trash here and there.
Pool is advertised on the internet and in all the booklets but works virtually never.
Don't make my mistake. Rent some place else.
