The staff is highly incompetent! Whomever the owner(s) is they need to come out of hiding long enough to notice the downward hill the complex is coming too. Newsflash.......quit accepting rental vouchers!!!!!!! Supposedly their under new management, HA! The property manager doesn't answer her phones nor does she return calls. They spray painted the tub prior to our move in, spray paint! I'm certain there's mold and the odors. If you can avoid it, b/c I know it's hard sometimes to get or afford something better, DON'T MOVE HERE!

Eagle Rock I Apartments is now under new management. We apologize for your problems while you lived here but we assure you that the manager that caused these problems is no longer associated with this complex. I was the property Manager from 1998-2004 and if you read the other review from those times you can see what this property is really about. We offer affordable housing in a friendly environment. While we have our issues like all apartment complexes do, we are in the process of becoming members of the Jacksonville Multi-housing Crime Free program. Which is headed by JSO. Our Maintenance turnover is approximately 24 hours or less for emergencies. Thank you for your comment and again I apologize for your poor experience.
