I agree with all said below. I've been here for almost 2yrs and am now looking for another place to live.They sent me a renew lease where rent rose $20. Well just the other day, i was cooking, and went to turn the exhaust fan on and dried roaches, dropping, etc fell in my food. (They are all up in the cabinets).I've had issues with this apt and the residue from roaches,which they won't acknowledge. When i moved in, i had to clean the apt myself, where there were roach residue, boric acid, etc all over the place. Why did i move in if that was the case' Well i had no choice, they said the apt was ready, then the day b4 my move, i noticed it wasn't. Had no choice! This place is ghetto and i don't advise no one decent to move in here!! Maintenance sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have lived in Eagles Pointe since 10/2002. In the beginning the complex was in need of excesive upgrades in staff, grounds maintenance and tenants. In recent years the new management has made alot of changes and is still in the process of making Eagles Pointe a respectable community. With every neighborhood there ar pro's and cons. With that said I get all my work orders responded to quickly, I have never has a pest problem, the grounds a maintained weekly and management has done a great job of weeding out all bad seeds.

Im not sure who responded to this but lets be truthful. Eagles Pointe has a rodent problem with rats and squirrels crawling through openings in the roof! Kathy i hope this didnt come from you!
