I've been here for years and haven't had any problems. As far as things getting fix, people have to understand theirs other apartments here in the complex and some are higher priority than yours. So I've learned that it does take time. Bugs I've never had that problem the pest control guy comes like clock work every month and ask you do you have any bug problems. But my opinion if a person does have bugs in your house,try cleaning your house. the only thing I ever had any problems with was parking and the office gave each apartment one reserve parking space for each apartment.
