3 apartments were burglarized during the day a few months ago.
This is a gated community with security systems and numerous security officers living on the property

Wednesday July 21, my truck was stolen from the property and found abandoned in Hilliard, Florida.
The management is unresponsive to complaints.

Most recently on July 24, 2004 a lost dog
was running loose on the propety
She was hurt and pregnant. The apartment manager advised the tenants that which ever one of them would handle the dog and take it to the humane society would get a discount on their rent this month. She advised them she was going "out" on a date and did not have time to take care of it.

This is the attitude of management.
I would not recommend anyone living here.
You pay for top premium community service
and security and they are completely negligent. They never respond to complaints and the security officer police officer makes comments when you complain or your car is stolen that you are a "27" which is the alpha numeric code for crazy person.
Landscaping crew is rude and negligent leaves grass blown all over your patio
They are also very hard to cool and have too small hot water heaters
