Apartment manager is negligent. One trash compactor - never emptied garbage always overflowing from it. Poor lighting.
3 burglaries in - with no forced entry in the past 7 months. Cars stolen from parking lot. Staff if rude once you live here, very attentive when they are selling it to you, but no followup. Managed by a management company is the main problem Owner probably doesnt know what is going on.
Poor construction - corrosion all over the place and outside of apt buildings never blown or sept off or pressurewashed or cleaned. Horrible water - they have their own water company - and you can only get their cable.
Looks good until you move here. They have a lot of turnover
