LOOK at other places, DON'T sign a lease here!

This complex looks great on the outside, but has very cheap material/woodwork/craftsmanship on the inside. The contractors used very poor quality material in the cabinets, bathroom decor, lighting fixtures, appliances.
Only ONE trash compactor in the whole complex, is overflowing half the time and smells. Poor management, negligent, not very meticulous, no attention to detail. You have to ask/request several times for work orders to be put through in order to get things fixed in your apt. People in the rental office are snobby and will try to reel you in to sign a lease and then you never hear from them again. Walls are too thin, you feel as if your upstairs neighbor will fall through any minute from your ceiling. You HAVE to chose The Enclave's cable company so you have NO option to sign with Comcast or other providers. Pretty much The Enclave has a little monopoly going on with cable services. You also only have ONE choice with cable modem for internet services which is owned by The Enclave, unless you choose to get a DSL line via the phone company. Water is $$$$ since you have to pay a "common area fee" which pays for the watering of the lawns, trees, etc. in the complex.
Overall, I am not impressed with the price that I'm paying for. The Enclave has designer prices, but is a cheap imitation of class and sophistication. If you're a smart consumer, do some shopping before signing the lease. I regret 100% ever moving here, once my lease is up, I'm moving!
