I lived here for 1 year, paid my rent on time, was an excellent tenent but was treated like crap after I left. I let them store my washer and dryer for me since they provide them in the apartments. When I went to get it after I moved, I found out they had lost the paper work saying which washer was mine. I knew which one was mine but gave me hell when it came to letting me have it. There are more that they have lost paper work for, so make sure you have a copy of the paper work and your serial number written down. The management was horrible. They never returned my phone calls, one in particular JEN is a terrible manager, she lied to my face and is as phoney as they come. Do not believe a word that comes out of here mouth without verifying. There is one maintance man there that has no business working in customer service, he was completely rude to me. The enclave has beautiful apartments but they lack in decent management! They seriously need to get it together over there! Beware if this is where you choose to live!!!
